Change in Policy:  We may amend this Privacy Policy at any time by posting the amended terms on the Hidesign.com website. All amended terms shall automatically be effective 30 days after they are initially posted on the website

 

For a repair of a product purchased on the SR. LEE LEATHER INDUSTRY website, please send the product along with the guarantee card (filled in) and a printed copy of the Return Form with all the information filled in. The product will be repaired without any extra charge if it is within the guarantee period. On expiry of the guarantee period, you will be charged an amount depending on the nature of the work involved.

Please note that for both returns and repairs, customers are responsible for shipping charges. We also strongly recommend that you insure your return shipment as we cannot be held responsible for products that are lost in transit.

Refund Polacy:Refund against cancellation of online orders paid through Debit card are expected to reflect within 7 bank working days in the bank account.

Cancellation of orders against payment by credit cards by sharing credit card details over telephone will reflect in the credit card account with in 14 bank working days.

Cancellaction of orders after dispatch of product is not possible,excep under conditions mentioned under REPLACEMENTS and EXCHANGE.

Cancellation of orders paid by Account Transfer will be refunded by cheque drawn in the name of the person ordered.

On cancellation of order,the entire amount paid by you including shipping charges will be returned.
