Cancellation & Return Policy

Cancellation can be done within 3 days from the date of order place by customers or before shipment . Once shipment is done 30% will be deducted from the order value in rupees and balance will be refunded as per our refund policy. Customer should place the cancellation order over email[customercare@leeleather.in] or over phone [0891-2762442]. Cancellation order will be validated by lee leather support team after receipt of shipment from the customer.

Replacement Policy: Replacement is done only against manufacturing defect or any transit damage. Customer should download the following format and send it across to the following address as given believe within 7 working days from the date of shipment received by you from the courier.

For a replacement, please fill in the replacement form (download from the link below) and send a printed copy of the filled in Return Form along with the product. Please ensure that the product is returned with its original packing, box (if any), guarantee card (not filled out) and any other material that came along with the product. The returned product must be in unused condition as we cannot issue refunds for products that show signs of use. If these steps are taken, the original purchase amount will be credited to your account. Download Return Form Below.

 

 

For a repair of a product purchased on the Lee Leather website, please send the product along with the guarantee card (filled in) and a printed copy of the Return Form with all the information filled in. The product will be repaired without any extra charge if it is within the guarantee period. On expiry of the guarantee period, you will be charged an amount depending on the nature of the work involved. 

Please note that for both returns and repairs, customers are responsible for shipping charges. We also strongly recommend that you insure your return shipment as we cannot be held responsible for products that are lost in transit.
